Membership of PolyReg
As a financial intermediary, I am subject to supervision by the Federal Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).
PolyReg is constituted as an Association, and is entered in the Commercial Register of Zurich Canton. As an SRO (Self-Regulating Organisation) independent of all trade organisations, PolyReg supervises financial intermediaries in all sectors.

All safekeeping accounts which I manage are subject to Swiss bank client confidentiality which offers comprehensive protection for the privacy of domestic and foreign clients. As an asset manager, I am obliged to observe this duty of confidentiality.
I only accept mandates from individuals whom I have met in person, and I do not accept any funds from clients in my own name. The custodian bank may be specified by the client. However, I am able to offer attractive Special Conditions through my partner banks. Safekeeping accounts are kept in the client's name and all funds are managed on a power-of-attorney basis which is limited to management of the assets. Withdrawals or transfers on my part are excluded.
