Commitment
Staff development and promotion is an important process within every major enterprise. All employees want to carve out successful careers for themselves, and investment advisers and bankers are no exception.
As they develop their skills, they might move to another team – one with more affluent clients, for instance; they may take on management responsibility within their team, undertake a major assignment abroad or take a sabbatical; the competition may even poach them via a headhunter.
The result of all these changes is that you, as a direct client of the bank, are assigned a new contact person. In many such cases you receive a letter through the post to tell you who will now be looking after you. It's very rare for clients to choose their partner themselves.
And this is a story that is repeated, time after time ...
It's interesting to note that fewer Swiss clients move to a new bank along with their bankers (only about 10 - 20%). In America, in 80 - 90% of cases, advisors take their clients with them.
No matter which bank you choose, we stay together as a team – for as long as you want.
